AI Visibility Planner collects only the information needed to assess a review request and communicate with the person who submitted it.

Information we collect

A review request includes a Shopify store URL, hero product or category, and work email.

How we use it

We use submitted information to determine qualification, prepare a requested review, answer questions, and discuss the optional paid Sprint. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics

The site may use privacy-conscious, aggregate analytics to understand page visits and funnel events. We do not send form-field contents to analytics.

Retention and deletion

We retain correspondence and project material only as reasonably needed for the review, service delivery, business records, and legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing xinran@aivisibilityplanner.com.

Third-party services

Site hosting, email, analytics, and payment may be processed by third-party providers under their own privacy terms. We aim to share only the minimum information required.
