Terms of Service

These terms apply to the AI Recommendation Lab website, free scene reviews, and the AI Recommendation Beachhead Sprint.

Research, not a ranking guarantee

AI recommendations vary by model, time, location, account, prompt, and source availability. We provide research and prioritized actions, but do not guarantee inclusion, ranking, traffic, revenue, or any specific AI answer.

Free review

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or a response. We may decline brands that do not fit the method or where available evidence is insufficient.

Paid Sprint

Unless a written scope says otherwise, the $199 Sprint covers one brand and includes three prioritized buying scenes, current candidate analysis, evidence gaps, a source map, and a 30-day action plan. Delivery is targeted within 48 hours after payment and receipt of complete inputs.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for accurate inputs, substantiating product claims, reviewing recommendations, and complying with advertising, platform, consumer-protection, and intellectual-property rules.

Intellectual property

After full payment, the client may use the delivered report internally for the analyzed brand. Our underlying method, templates, and general know-how remain ours.
